Your Sewing Friend

So now that I have a blog, I get to participate in my first blog hop.  Yippee!   This hop is called Row Along and it's going to be sew much fun! As you can see, the theme is "It's a Garden Party" and the hop starts September 8th.  For 6 weeks, you get to hop through 50 different blogs and collect a free row pattern at each one.  How awesome is that!  The row patterns come in different sizes and can be used individually to make smaller wall quilts or combined to make larger quilts.  I've seen previews of the different patterns and they are ADORABLE!!  Each week a different group of blogs and patterns will be featured, and those patterns will be free for that week. For some quilters, picking out fabrics for their next quilt is a daunting task.  It can be a struggle to pick the right colors with the right amount of contrast, and you're frustrated before you even begin sewing.  Personally, I LOVE picking out and coordinating fabrics!  If there was a job opening for a position like that, I'd be all over it.  Picking out and matching up fabrics all day?
